Good day SPS parents,
The Somerset Primary Upper school choir (P4-P6) will be participating in the exciting comeback show, Spring into the Arts, a showcase of what the students have learned in the arts program around the island in our public school system. This event is a showcase of the arts for the west school family which will be held on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 at Sandys Middle school. Somerset Primary school choir will be singing a vocal selection that will include movement as well as the P6 Hand bell choir will be performing. The students must be at Sandys Middle school no later than 6:00pm. The show starts at 6:30pm. There will be staff personnel to direct students where to go to find the room where their school is in.
For the show all the students are to wear jeans and a white tee shirt. The art teacher, Ms. Emery is requesting for the students to bring in their white tee shirts for next week Tuesday, May 9 so that for next week they can decorate the shirts for the show.
Please return the bottom portion of this note by Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 to indicate your child’s attendance at the Spring into the Arts show on Wednesday, May 24th at 6:30pm.
