Lunch and Recess

Please ensure that your child brings wholesome snacks and lunches each day.  In cooperation with the Ministry’s “Healthy Schools Policy”, we do not allow children to eat junk food (e.g., chips, corn curls, sodas, candy, gum, chocolate etc.) as snacks.  Please provide your child with water daily.  Fresh fruit, vegetables or yogurt snacks should be eaten for the recess break.

The school may sell lunches throughout the year.  Notes are sent home in advance for ordering.  Your child may sign up for this, at cost, periodically throughout the school year.
